Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
